Bought the product but their software does not support all android phones, they refused to refund me.

Es wird nicht der Endpreis verraten, sonder zwischen den Arbeitsschritten zahlt man immer wieder. Ich habe insgesamt 50 CHF bezahlt!
Der Vorgang ist sehr sehr kompliziert und würde ich nicht jeder Person zutrauen. Zudem sind die Schritte teils nicht in richtiger Reihenfolge.

"Error copia de seguirdad desde el whtspp instalado por Mobile Trans"

Lamentablemente no pude exportar mis chats de whatsapp desde un Iphone 7 a un Redmi Note 13.

Luego de muchos intentos (perdí la cuenta) no logro pasar de uno de los últimos pasos, cuando te pide que realices una copia de seguridad en el whatsapp que Mobile Trans instala en el Adroid. Si bien en esa instancia puedo ver todos mis chats junto con todos sus archivos adjuntos, al hacer la "copia de seguridad" en el Dirve que tengo asociado a google, más allá que veo la confirmación que dicha copia se realizó, al seguir los pasos siguientes, me dice que no existe ninguna copia.

Efectivamente, al revisar las copias de seguirdad en mi Dirve, verifico que no existe dicho backup y no logro el objetivo de exportar los chats...

Ya me he visto una gran catidad de tutoriales en Youtube, he leído foros y estoy agotado y no sé qué más hacer... invertí casi 20USD con la idea de poder lograrlo de una manera rápida y efectiva y fue todo lo contrario... la verdad que estoy decepcionado con el servicio que ofrecen por medio de esta app...

Les pido por favor me ayuden a resolver el problema, en cada intento pude solventar todos los pasos y es en esta instancia en la que no puedo avanzar.

Using MobileTrans I managed to
- Transfer my WhatsApp data from iPhone to S24, where all else failed (the usual transfer process that is made for this kept crashing..). Note that it did take some attempts to do this, it didn't work right the first few times. I'm not sure what I did differently in the end.
- Make an HTML backup of my data. I can now view all my past WhatsApp convos in the browser: future-proof and now I'm certain that bad programming in WhatsApp will no longer be able to ruin all my memories

"Terrible support for a bad product"

Terrible support for a bad product. I really did try since I bought it - with many different phones and on different computers. Their software simply does not work - always failing to connect to the mobile-phone. My advice is to check the manufacturers website for a backup solution (for example Samsung Switch if you own a Samsung Mobile Phone). Also their support is useless. You will wait forever and then they will ask you really stupid questions which you have already answered. You have been warned - avoid

Besides the app not working, their support is sh.i.i. Im sitting like a dumbass who just purchased their app and he keeps saying i will close the chat wait for mail. Like what im supposed to do? Should i stay without using my mobile and wait for him who knows when do they send mail?

Updating this to say they have now refunded by payment as I was unable to use the service.
Please look at all the 1 star reviews saying that they didn't get the service they paid for and that they want a refund as per the 7 day money back guarantee. Not one single reply from the company says they will action the refund. Every reply says we will deal with the technical issue. This is a blatant tactic to avoid refunding and to drive people to just forfeit the money.
