I tried transferring my whatsapp messages and media from my old Android phone to an iOS phone, I paid 27 euros. The tool transferred the messages, DIDN'T transfer the media, and REMOVED ALL MEDIA FROM THE OLD PHONE.

Now all my whatsapp photos and videos from the last few years are gone.

The only support you're gonna get is a useless AI assistant, there is no way to reach the actual company. Don't waste your money here.

A principio achei que a compra não valeu a pena, realmente não é apenas clicar e transferir tudo. Muitas pessoas não entendem a complexidade disto, porém seguindo o passo a passo e tendo MUITA PACIENCIA, consegui realizar a transferência de dois whatsapps business de dois aparelhos Android para IOS. Demorou, principalmente os backups e os procedimentos foram diferentes entre os dois aparelhos.

I bought this to transfer WhatsApp from an iPhone to an Android.

My attempt cost me over 10 hours to complete. Every time I got one step further in the process, I ran into another problem. The biggest issue is that whenever something goes wrong, you have to restart the entire migration process—meaning you wait another 2 hours just to hit a new issue.

Eventually, I had six bullets lined up at 100% completion, and it began transferring files to my destination device. However, it got stuck at 5%. Most likely because my phone was running out of space, as I noticed my storage filling up fast. This is the kind of information that should have been detected and shared with me beforehand, so I wouldn't have gone through all this hassle. Ironically, storage was the main reason I used this tool in the first place—because the normal method didn’t work due to low storage on one of the phones.

I contacted their support, but their AI just kept referring me to a human via chat. However, the AI chat was the only option shown by MobileTrans, and it didn’t actually guide me to a real person. After about 10 attempts asking the AI to redirect me to support, a small rage quit somehow triggered a contact form to reach a human.

Funny enough, just like the app itself, this also froze when I clicked “Submit.” And nothing has happened since.

Worst of all: their “migration” filled my Android device’s storage completely, and I can’t remove it—it’s hidden as some kind of “system storage” that the app dumped onto my phone.

Good for them I won't even attempt to get a refund, this is no longer worth my time.

I was better off before using this software. Now I’ve bought a new phone and will try doing it the normal way. Hopefully, this time it actually works.
