It is fake. I spent 18 hours connected, twice; both my phones were kidnapped all that time, I had to do that during the entire weekend.
It just doesn't do what is supposed to, although is fancy looking.

Avoid spending your money there.

EDIT after company response:
There is little you can do now I had to abandon my other whatsapp source (Iphone) and start from scratch. Even to get money back (although you say "money back guarantee in case of insatisfaction" is impossible to get; too complicated to find or fill procedure to get them back. It is basically scam.

Unfortunately the program I bought did not work for me personally, but the support was doing their best to help! I was able to get a refund via the money back guarantee, thanks for the help Joyce :)

I should have READ all these negative experiences BEFORE i tried their product to transfer whatsapp data without backup!! doesn't work for android to android! kept being asked to encrypt and backup data when i did. HELP DESK IS OF NO HELP!! took ONE WEEK to reply!! by then i was so fed-up! THEN i just found out the one-month subscription was auto-renewed!! this was NOT specified on their website upon first purchase!!

Do NOT purchase. Their guarantee is fake and their guarantee is fake. It is a shame and false advertising. A week later and they still can not fix it and are refusing to refund.

Ich habe Wondersahre Mobiletrans erworben undwollte Daten von einem Samsung A70 auf mein neues iPhone übertragen.
Die Anleitung, wie ich die Einstellungen auf dem Samsung-Handy anpassen muß, gibt es nur in Englisch.
Ich habe den Support angeschrieben und das Problem
erklärt.
Dann sollte ich zu einem Mitarbeiter verbunden werden und es sollte 1,- Euro kosten.
Im Kleingedruckten stand dann, ab dem dritten Tag 29,- Euro / Monat!!!!!
Ich habe den Kontakt abgebrochen und werde morgen mein Abo bei Wondershare kündigen!
Ein echter Drecksladen!!!
NIE WIEDER !!!!

Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen, die Einstellungen anzupassen?

ne surtout pas installer, pub mensongère...une application payante alors qu'un lien indique GRATUIT de plus le prix n'est pas indiqué sur la page d'accueil mais lorsque vous débutez le process et vous ne pouvez pas sortir sauf à éteindre votre ordi ou à payer.

I was reticent AF but IT WORKED.
Gave me error a few times because my disk was almost full, but once I cleared that up it worked perfectly. I was half convinced it wasn't going to work based on the comments, but it did!
It's on the expensive side, I paid around 30 GBP, but worth for having my Whatsapp data back.
I also merged my android and iphone messages, kept both, which was great.

Unbelievable. Paying 20 eur doesn't seem enough to access the subscription. TOTAL SCAM. Nothing works, every time i try to access my account the app tells me "this account was not purchased". If i could put 0 stars i would. Refund not possible.
