1st i download the mobiletrans i purchased full features package then after login when i try to transfer whatsapp android to ios it said agin need to purchase then i purchase it again after payment nothing happen. it's an worst software and when i try to make refund wondershare account through browser. my purchased product is not visible. they literally stole my money. it's piece of junk please no one try to install this software.

Excellent product, I'm old, not tech savvy, this product made it super easy to transfer information from two older phones to two new ones, very happy, easy, took me through this process in a step by step manner. Grateful I could use this.

Mobile Trans è riuscito con successo dove un altro software del quale non faccio il nome (anche se vorrei) ha fallito, trasferito chat whatsapp da un vecchio Android Huawei ad Iphone 15 e da vecchio Android Samsung ad Iphone 13. Anche le istruzioni fornite durante il traferimento su cosa fare con whatsapp dal telefono fonte sono semplici e chiare! Ottimo Software!!

I tried to log in with the email address I used to purchase MobileTrans full features on the latest MobileTrans android app, but I keep getting this error as follows : This account was not purchased. I tried the android app on two different smartphones, I still get the same issue. March 19 on PlayStore review, they told me to update the application, this is what I did, but still the same issue. I don't know what to do, and they are not easily reachable.

"whatsapp Transfer"

I replaced my old Samsung S21 with the newer Samsung S24. For a couple of years, for reasons unknown to me, the WhatsApp chat backup through Google Drive, about 12GB of data, stopped working and gave an unknown error at 99%. For months, I tried everything to solve the problem but without success. Only with Wondershare WhatsApp Transfer was I able to transfer my archive without any issues and quickly. I highly recommend this software for anyone in my situation.
