Extremely poor company. Seem more interested in the customer review score more than anything else. Ordered on 5 April 2023,by 20th April product still not arrived. No reply to emails, no one answers the phone, all I get is , how do you rate us. Someone called Aidan keeps sending relentless promotions. I would not recommend this company, I won't be using them every again.

"Order still not arrived"
Ordered placed at lunchtime on 4th April and still not received as of 17th April. Even allowing for the Easter bank holiday, the order should have arrived by now according to their Delivery estimates. Two emails sent to their Sales team, haven't received a response to either. Tried the online Live Chat and waited an hour without response before giving up. I work, so I cannot ring them during office hours. Very disappointing customer service.

Placed and order on the 20th March and despite a stated 3-5 working days delivery time nothing arrived. Emailed to ask what had happened and when my order would arrive and didn't receive any reply. Very poor service

Update. Have still not heard back from Nightingale. My main concern is that they’ve sent me products which expired in May 2022.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with how long my order took to get delivered. I ordered my items on the 9th March and should of arrived within 3-5 working days. My order arrived yesterday 22nd March. I've ordered a few times and have always received my order on time. I was never updated with any details as to why my order would be delayed.

Not a bad company and initial order experience was good but when we had problems with a sanitising unit we weren't able to get a response to 2 different emails. It's fine, because we were able to find the exact unit they sell at £35.99 for £5.99 on ebay from a UK seller. Yes you read that right, it is exactly the same one. I find that to be in very poor taste, I also found them for pennies on aliexpress so I can only imagine the giant profit margin this company has by selling cheap products at quality product prices. We just bought a £5.99 replacement ourselves and it's been good, I can only assume the one we were sent was faulty. It's a shame the company couldn't afford the pennies to resolve the issue.
