"I ordered two Azodyl on this "site""
I ordered two Azodyl on this "site". I was first charged 145 € extra charges on my order.
I contacted customer service who reimbursed me. But the order was not linked to any account so they could only find it via my bank card number.
Then there was a problem with the delivery (the fault of the carrier not the site). So I contacted Heathlypets to find out how we are going to do it. They told me that they would reimburse me once the order was received.
Looking at the tracking number, I see that they have received the order. I still contact customer service, but as if by magic they can no longer find my order and must transmit my request to a supervisor who will come back to me.
At the moment, they are in possession of my $ 150 and the order.
I do not think this site is a scam because a scammer does not have fun sending packages. But this site is certainly the worst on the web. The support is stupid, is useless. I do not recommend this shop obviously. Nor the enterlypets site which is from the same company.
EDIT: It is January 10. Despite my multiple reminders to support who told me that I would be reimbursed, still no money in my account. I'm starting to think it smells like scam.
EDIT2: I was finally reimbursed on my bank card on January 17th, but I had to pay bank charges. In the end, I lost 3 months and $ 15

"Scam"
Scam! Stay away from them, they take your money, then "forget" to send the product, promise a refund and never send it to you. Every time you reach out to them - they tell you there is no refund in processing.

"Bad business. Shady service. Avoid yhem."
I ordered 2 bottles of pet shampoo. The immediately took my money and said the product was out of stock. After month i called their customer service and canceled order. They promised but never sent refund.

"Avoid this company"
Ordered Duoxo shampoo, they informed me after charging my credit card that it was out of stock. Waited a month and it came, repackaged, the shrink wrap removed and a piece of plastic wrap on the top, in an envelope, it had spilled and made a mess. Customer service is terrible. Avoid them. Use Chewy or another reputable company.

"Unhappy client"
I ordered some treats for my pet as I was running out of stock. This was meant to be delivered to me within two days and I was sure the stock I had would last me for those two days. Unfortunately my delivery did not arrive until the fourth day and I had to find an alternative as I waited.

Very poor service.
Ordered several items. Never received an email confirmation or shipment confirmation for any items. Card authorization showed correct amount.
Only 1 item randomly showed up to my address. Looked at card statement and see I was only charged for the 1 item.
The packing slip says "NS" which I assume to mean "No Stock" for ALL other items.
I emailed customer service to see what's going on, and the auto-response said I will hear back in 24 hours. 3 days later, still no response. I have no idea if or when I'll be receiving my dog's other meds.
They are taking orders for out of stock products and are completely unresponsive.

"The Cheap Products Listed Here are NOT Cheap"
I had a terrible experience when I used this website. Though these people promise good products at cost-effective rates, they do have the ever-hated culture of adding extra costs after the order is processed. I was asked to pay a shipping fee midway and had no choice but to pay it instantly. When I complained to the customer service department, they put me on hold or made some excuse to have me call them back. I gave up in the end. Not Recommended!

"This is a scam website specializing in…"
This is a scam website specializing in bait and switch. It will pop up a big banner saying "You have QUALIFIED for free shipping! ". But when you take the bait and go through the entire order process the free shipping will vanish at the very last step just before you hit return to accept the order. Don't give them your money.

"Don't overlook a client's concern"
Their products are great. I however never loved how my order was delayed. I received this two weeks late and my pet really needed this is good time, after a week's delay and a back and forth with their customer service, I decided to make an order with a different company. The order was also supposed to be shipped for free but this changed in between and I was eventually charged. My inquiries as to why this happened were ignored.

"Lifesaver"
My dog has food allergies so I have to get limited ingredient recipes that I can never find in stores, so Healthy Pets has been a lifesaver. It feels great knowing I have a reliable source of healthy, safe food for my dog.
