I bought 2 weeks ago. but they gave me a sale order instead of an invoice. My customers asked me for an invoice. They did not accept the sale order. I sent an e-mail and they didn't return. I called by phone. The customer service kept interrupting me and said that the sale order is a substitute for an invoice. They did not help me. I will return the products. Order SOHP1007299

"Terrible customer service"
Company notified me after I placed my order that all of the items were out of stock. Instead of promptly issuing a refund, the email they sent asked me to call to discuss. I encountered long waits when trying to call and ultimately couldn't reach a human, so then I tried chat. A customer service representative named Yolanda joined the chat and said "no problem, one moment please" about issuing a full refund, and then 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes of me asking "are you still here?"... but she never returned. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Never again for me with this company.

Rec'd that order but I also ordered again in a day or two after receiving that order. Have not rec'd hat order yet! Where is it? Wanted to get in on the discouint before it expired! The dogs, all 3, love the food. It too expensive to only feed it alone, so it is mixed with their dry food.

I ordered items over 6 weeks ago but the package was never received. multiple emails to company with no support. they just say that it shipped. when dealing with UPS they indicate that the shipper has to contact them. Shipper is not taking accountability. will not use this merchant again

I just placed an order. Contrary to what is mentionned in their web site, they immediately charged an amount on my credit card. I did not received any confirmation or order number by email nor this transaction Appeals on my historic. Their web site is very difficulté navigate, the promotion code often disappear when i want to finalise my transaction. Shipping to Canada is 30$ for maybe less than 0.5 lbs. Now i don’t trust this company, so i sent a cancellation email for proof and wait for their response, otherwise i will complaint to my credit card to reverse the charge

I ordered a flea product that went to backorder. I was contacted immediately when I placed my order and again, after it went on backorder. I waited a little over a week when i decided to cancel the order. I reached customer service within minutes. Told the rep I wanted to cancel. He pulled up everything within 30 seconds, cancelled the order and sent me confirmation of the transaction. Still stunned that this level of customer service exists. Although i was unable to get the items that were ordered, I will return to use this group again. Well done.

Purchased antibiotics for a sick farm animal. Was notified days later via email that one of the ordered items was out of stock and would be filled within 1 to 2 weeks. After 1 week I contacted the company asking the status of my order and got no response. Over a 5 week time period I attempted to contact the company several times with no response back. I cancelled the order online, per their company policies only to have them ship part of the order a week after cancellation. When they shipped the item they charged $36.95 shipping which was supposed to be free because my order was over $75. I paid $81 for a $40 bottle of meds and lost an animal's life because of this company's willful neglect. Would not recommend this company.

"Terrible follow through on refunds"
Terrible follow through on refunds! I have called three times and written to them about refunding for an order I did not authorize. I sent product back four weeks ago and called them but still no refund!
