"5 stars for product, 3 stars for order confusion"

Well I only gave 3 stars because after I placed my order I received an email saying that is was not currently available and did I want to cancel my order. So I selected that I would cancel the order and ordered it through another company and thought that was the end. But then I received the order anyway. So I'm glad I got the order (always happy to have a back up meds supply for the next shortage) but confused since I thought I cancelled it. If it weren't for that glitch/confusion it would be a 5 star review :)

Order came quickly and with everything I ordered . Unlike a friends who’s was held up do you part of the order not being in stock and was not contacted to tell her of that.

I placed an order in May 2020 and am still waiting. The vendor is non-responsive despite repeated emails. This vendor will take your money and not deliver.

No communication that items were not in stock. Took over a month to get my orders delivered. Had to call to find out where my items were. Yes we know stuff happens. First and foremost tell customers. Dont make the customer have to research their own items they paid for. Pretty bad.

I would give zero stars if I could. Perfect example of “buyer beware”. Please be very cautious buying from this company!!!!! I purchased an item from them, and had to return it. It was returned in August, they still will not refund me. Despite multiple telephone calls, now I cannot even get through to customer service, and no one returns calls. So I am just out over $50 for an item that was returned to them, in brand new condition. They should be put out of business for treating customers like that. Essentially stealing money.
