Stay well clear of this company a load of con artists!! Brought a teeth spray for my cat hasn't worked and refusing to give me my money back unless I send the product back which I only have 1 bottle of and I have to pay the shipping costs!!!

Terrible company !!!!!
I live in the Netherlands, Ordered in April 2021 55x Faucet waterers for $ 546.84, paid with PayPal, they delivered only 31x.
No email for the shortage.
So I had to phone them and customerservice told me the other 24x would be delivered a.s.a.p.
Waited for weeks, but nothing came.
Started to email customerservice and then came the message that product was out of assortment and they could not deliver.
OK, then send me the money I paid to much back.
Well.........................countless emails and 2 years (!!!!) later I finally got a part of my money back, but not whole.
They had to pay me back € 227.28 and they paid me € 198.64, shortage of € 28.64
They blocked me on email, so no reply from them anymore.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, EVEN 1 * IS TO MUCH !!!

I ordered toothpaste for my cats on April 4th using their promo code for Easter via ground shipping. I received an email saying the products would arrive on April 12th. There was nothing in the mailbox. I filed a case with USPS immediately on the 12th and then called Healthy Pets to document the issue. I was told that I should give USPS some time to respond. I updated them on Friday April 14th that I received nothing from USPS nor have the items arrived. They said they will get manager approval to reship and email or call me with the update. I received no communication. I called again Monday and was told the manager was sick and will handle it tomorrow. I gave it an extra day and contacted them today, April 19th and was told that the manager said it's not their fault and they cannot do anything until I hear from USPS. Please note, I have been attempting to contact USPS daily as well with no success. So ultimately, I disputed the charge with my credit card today. $54 for cat toothpaste that never arrived is unacceptable nor is Healthy Pets crappy service. I have called almost daily as they kept saying they will reship as soon the manager approves it. After one week, they now say they won't do it. Pathetic. This is not my first bad experience with them but due to Covid and other issues, I have come back a few time to give them another chance as I used to have great experiences with ordering from Healthy Pets at first and was hoping for consistency. After multiple damaged shipments and delayed shipments and after this NON shipment, I cannot in good faith order from them again despite their nice promos.

website says ships within 24 hours usually.
unacceptable since my cat is sick and I ordered his iron supplement. im pissed.

Ordered pet beds on a two for one sale on February 14, 2023. Ordered status is still listed as awaiting fulfillment. Several inquiries made where I was promised products would be shipped that week but we’re not. Attempted to call customer service multiple times but they do not pick up. They have also stopped responding to emails. This company is a total scam and should be banned from social media. Do not order from them, you will pay and never receive your products.

I insured my pet with Healthy pets for a number of years. My pet became ill and was eventually put to sleep. My claim process with Healthy Pets has been incredibly slow and painful, they will do anything not to pay you. My vet bills were in excess of £1,500 and i am being paid around £100 due to them demanding the balance on my policy plus exclusions they deem out of contract. Utter nonsense and i wholeheartedly recommend you look elsewhere to insure your pets

Two weeks ....still waiting. Spoke with someone a week ago who had lots of excuses and made lots of promises....still waiting. Never again ..don't bother with this place.
