"DON'T ORDER"
They offer good deals online, but I would think twice before placing an order with this company. It takes SEVERAL weeks to get what you order, if it arrives at all and they charge your card before items even ships out or is available. Trying to reach someone in customer service is horrible, no one answers phone or even chat. I don't know when these people actually work. The few times I have been able to reach someone they are overseas, and I can barely understand what they are saying.

I paid $10 extra for 2-4 day shipping. Took 11 days to arrive. No tracking, no email saying when my order shipped, nothing.

"I received three bags of large size…"
I received three bags of large size Covetrus Script Pill Pals. Two out of the three bags were unusable; the product was dry and crumbly, and I was unable to form the Pill Pal around the medication. I called Customer Service, and I talked to Samantha H. She advised me to take a picture, so she could show her supervisor. I complied and have heard nothing back to resolve this situation.

I waited for months and they didn't send the item. I don't want to wait any longer and asked to cancel the order, they also canceled it, but did not initiate a refund, I have to file a dispute with paypal.

Great customer service. In my case there was a delay with the item I ordered resulting in a brief back order. Healthy Pets quickly sent an e-mail followed by a phone call offering a refund if I chose not to wait for their inventory to be restocked. The wait was less than 2 weeks. They followed up with another e-mail when the item was shipped and another requesting assurance the item was received. This PROACTIVE practice is impressive and certainly encourages confidence in the company and repeat business!

I read an article where wet/dry animal
by-product foods are not good for my dog; article suggested dehydrated foods instead. I purchased Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend freeze dried raw dog food and my dog loves it. His intestines have calmed down and his fuzzy eating has improved. I will order this food again.

Price was really good even paying shipping. I waited for my order. It never shipped. I called and was told it was on back order (3 weeks). I need this product for my dog so I canceled the order and ordered it from Amazon.

The item arrived on the date promised. Several of the tablets in the jar we opened arrived broken. Usually there are a few broken tablets at the bottom of the jar when we are almost finished with that jar, but this time there were broken tablets at the top, despite the top being jammed with cotton. It's impossible to tell if the damage was done in shipment from the factory to HealthyPets or from HealthyPets to me.
