"If I had known that Healthy Pets and…"
If I had known that Healthy Pets and Entirely Pets are the same, I never would have ordered products from Healthy Pets.
My experiences with Entirely Pets have been so bad over the years - lost orders, false charges, horrible and confusing customer service, being pre charged for back ordered items that take months to show up if at all, and difficultly canceling back ordered stuff and getting the proper refund - it never ends.
The website is at best wonky, and the email communications are never informative, and often bizarre and misleading.
Healthy Pets is just a continuation of the misery - I ordered a few things via a Thanksgiving sale, charged immediately, and the "back ordered" bizarro emails from Healthy Pets started soon after.
Now, almost a month later I get an email from Entirely Pets about my Healthy Pets order asking if I received it! I look at the site, and the order is now at Entirely Pets and still pending shipment. I call what turns out to be the phone number for both, and I am told that from today it will take at least an additional eight weeks to get any of the items shipped, even though they are from different manufacturers. WHAT?
Do yourself a favor and avoid, avoid, avoid!

I just received my order of azodyl. It arrived via fedex and the packaging was fantastic. All the ice packs were still frozen and hard which is important to me.
I have ordered from them before and always had a good experience.

"False advertising of availability."
This company falsely represents on its product pages that products which they do not have in stock are "In Stock" (lying). They lure customers to make a purchase, fully charge the credit card immediately upon purchase and then fess up in email later on that they are in fact out of stock and give a 2 week delay window. In my particular case, it has already been almost 3 weeks, and I had received no updates. I contacted their customer service to ask for a status update and they replied that the items in my order were backordered without any hint of apology or anything. In fact, do your support agents not know how to punctuate and write proper sentences? You took my money. It is not a matter of course or custom in the trade or industry for you to take an innocent lay customer's money and then sit on the order and fill it whenever you please -- i.e., IF you even intend to fill it at all. Meanwhile, the products in my order are currently listed as IN STOCK on your website this very minute. Disgusting.

Horrible Customer service!!! I placed an order unfortunately I needed a refund, I have been contacting them for weeks numerous times per week with no acknowledgement. 30day returns policy with no one that can even return your emails in 30 days....shocking.

"Good Experience"
So far my experience has been good with this company. What I ordered was shipped right away and received within a few days. I placed a second order last night that was shipped this morning, so I would order again.
I found it odd that with my last transaction, different card, my credit card company sent me a text and email to confirm I made this transaction. They never do that, I thought maybe this company has a bad reputation and went searching for reviews. Seeing so many bad reviews was surprising, and had I seen them before I probably wouldn’t have ordered. Perhaps they fixed their errors or whatever was causing negative feedback, because I appreciated the site was easy to navigate, checkout simple, and I received my items in time.
I will say in 2021 and much of 2022, almost everywhere I ordered from online, even Amazon, has had terrible distribution issues with all the major shipping services, so I can’t tell if it’s the company or carrier problems when I see the dates of reviews with those issues.

Zamówiłam i opłaciłam zamówienie 9.05.22. Koszt zamówienia opiewał na prawie 1000$. Zamówienie do mnie nie dotarło. Dwukrotnie byłam zapewniana przez sklep, że środki zostaną mi zwrócone. Do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymałam zwrotu. Sklep nie odpowiada na maile. Proszę nie zamawiać w tym sklepie.

My first order was fine, they shipped and arrived quickly. HOWEVER, for my second order, they created a shipping label then CANCELLED it!!! My order hasn't arrived and it has been ONE MONTH!!!
