I absolutely love the convenience of HealthyPets. They have everything I need for my pets and they always have different sales and promos running, so that I can get a good deal. Shipment has always been prompt and the few run-ins I've had with customer service have been very impressive. They've made a loyal customer in me.

I started ordering my pet supplies from Healthy Pets ( healthypets.com ) when my local store discontinues one of my cat's products about 6 months or so ago. I've been really pleased - they have tons of products at prices better than you can find at your local store. Highly recommend.

"Terrible service"

I bought here vitamins for a dog, I was expecting delivery for about three weeks and got not the ones that I ordered.

"Bait and Switch Shipping"

I placed an order for an item that was advertised as having free shipping. When I checked out I was given free shipping. Six days after I ordered I get an email from them saying they now want to charge me $48.68 in shipping because the item is heavy.

Total scam. They get you to place the order then bait and switch with their free shipping offer. Their response was oops, sorry.

I have been shopping with Healthypets.com since 2005. I have continued to be a loyal customer as they always offer the best prices, quick turnaround and fast shipping. Their customer service is very professional and polite. The products I receive are the same exact items my vet sells for 50% more. HealthyPets.com is the best and I intend to continue shopping with them for many more years to come.
