I have no doubt that the products are excellent; however, I placed an order with this company because they promised 48-hour delivery on purchases over £50. My order totaled over £600, and now, a week later, I am still waiting. This delay is due to the inadequate service provided by their selected delivery company, DX EXPRESS. Based on my experience, I can only say that it has not been satisfactory. I've had to cancel appointments with tradespeople because the parts I ordered have yet to arrive, and I am quite frustrated with the situation.

It’s a pity their hot tub servicing is not as good as their deliveries of chemicals etc. Because servicing was appalling year later and still no follow up. If you just want parts or chemicals then it’s a really good service
