"A scam company! Bunch of liars. "
A bunch of liars- I shipped 3 packages from UK to Pakistan from their Air Cargo service. Costed me £370. At first they did not pick up my parcel, despite me calling them again and again that when will the driver come? They said they don’t know. Driver never came- so I had to drop the 3 15kgs big boxes my self.
After that they lied about delivery date- according to them Air Cargo takes just 10 days or under from the date of flight. My cargos flight was on 17th May but upon inquiry they said, “Oh the flight left on 14th” I was shocked as I was told the flight will leave on 17th. When I confronted they said oh yeah it’s on 17th.
Honestly they themselves don’t know what they are doing. They don’t give you any tracking ID. Nothing at all. So if you lose your parcel you’ll lose it for all. Then they lied about custom clearance.
Then I had to put pressure on them for taking legal action, which I will surely take now. Then they got a bit serious but never replied to messages. Still my packages arrived 1 month Late!!
So my request to all is that don’t use this sham full of scam service. I never intended to write this review- but the only reason why I am writing is to ask people not to spend their hard earned money on these people. Stay away from them and ask your loved ones to stay away as well.

Very poor service they said cargo will there in pakistan in 6 to 8 weeks its been more thn 12 weeks now and still its not thr... made a big mistake using them before checking review...horrible service ever received

"Bad customer care, hidden charges, incoherent processes"
I booked with them the pickup consignment 15 days prior to the actual date.
I was told 1.5 pounds per kg charges would apply upto 40kg package of mixed items.
I could pack items in a bin liner.
I could pay the pickup guy by cash or via a link within 2 days after the pickup.
A week before the pickup date I received a message saying 1.75 pounds per kg would apply.
On the date of pickup, I called to check what time they will come and collect the parcel and they said that:
1. They were fully booked on the day and because of that they were NOT going to pickup the parcel that day.
2. They gave me the option to pack everything in boxes that needed to be of the exact dimension that they provided and they will get them picked up by Parcel Force the next day but only if I made an advance payment for it.
(Please note that earlier at the time of booking they mentioned that I could pack everything in a bin liner and boxes weren't needed.)
On the pickup date I told them I didn't have boxes, to which they responded completely uninterested that:
1. We don't know where you can get the boxes from, but the parcel needs to be in boxes
2. We have our own boxes worth 15 pounds per box that you can get if you want!!!
EXTREMELY DISCOURTEOUS CUSTOMER CARE!

INCOHERENT PROCESSES
(1.5 pound per kg and later 1.75 pounds per kg.
Confirming pickup and later denying it.

Terrible service. Appears the company is run by a bunch of cowboys. Vague and misleading terms of service, hidden charges and discourteous staff.
