For anyone who thinks this is a deal too good to be true or that there is a catch then rest assured - it is true and there is no catch!! You are not more suspicious than me!! These guys really deliver. Product quality, customer service, transparency, knowledge, affordability - they’ve got it all nailed down!! They take the hassle out of looking for, paying for and installing a new boiler. Then they service, fix and, if ever necessary, replace your new boiler throughout the term of your contract - no questions and no call out charge or limit. What more can you ask for? We got our beautiful, efficient Vaillant boiler for the same monthly fee as our Domestic and General repair plan on our old boiler. And, as we no longer need the D & G plan, we have cancelled it which means we are paying only £1.50 more each month for a brand new headache free boiler. Peanuts if you compare the likely annual service, any call out and repair costs on top of your initial outlay for a brand new boiler if you were to buy it outright from the start over the same period as your contract with Be Warm. Do it!! You will not regret it!!
