Took my 11yr old son for the first time this week and he absolutely loved it. It’s an amazing place that you have to experience. Staff and super friendly and trails are very well maintained.

World class trails/ great facilities and extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Had a minor mechanical team on site couldn’t be more helpful. Great day out!

"Great uplifts"

Great uplifts, drivers all very helpful and cheerful, needed to wait at one point for a truck to arrive, things were fairly busy but this was a Thursday, so a bit surprised that the wait was necessary, not excessive but just surprised, otherwise great trails and it was dry!

"Too many trails closed"

Too many trails closed why not work on then when the bike park is closed?, had to leave my bike outside while buying a ticket (there was no need to be rude) yes I understand at peak times it would be a pain, but I was the only one in the ticket office. The ticket booth you had before was better. I don't want to leave my bike there unattended as I have heard its a hotspot for bike theft.

"The trails are incredible"

The trails are incredible, very well kept and one hell of a lot of fun, the only downside in my opinion is the IT side, I have tried to reset my password on the website loads of times and I never receive an email and I have previously been charged twice for booking a day pass and uplift, this shouldn’t be able to happen in my opinion. Please take a look at it BPW as this is the only bug bare I have and if this was sorted it would be a perfect 5!

Nice bike park with friendly staff, efficient uplift and great trails. Even in the rain it's good fun and far less slippery than you'd think. Food is good too.
I had work done in the workshop due to a faulty rear brake and all was fixed pretty quickly for a reasonable price so I could get back out on the hill.
