From the start the staff sorting the rental bikes were great. The equipment is great and the trails very well maintained.

"A Brilliant day with Brilliant Staff!"
Me and my son had a brilliant experience here, my son cut his leg after falling off (10 yo) on Sixtapod after a jump went wrong, firstly a fellow rider stopped and helped with the first aid which is a great testament to the spirit of the Mountain Biking Community at the park.
On our return to the main building the first aid response from the staff was exceptional, not just with the care given but their bedside manner and the way they engaged with him and encouraged him.
He went from wanting to go home to doing 4 more uplifts and inspiring more passion for his interest in the sport and he's already talking about what lines he wants to do on his return.
Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back!

"Trails great as always"
Trails great as always. I was slightly disappointed that you've put a gap jump as the qualifier for the revised A470 as from what I could see on the trail preview the rest of the trail was tabletops.

"Women's day was amazing but could be better....…"
Women's day was amazing but a couple of things would make it even better....!
Separate uplift queue/buses like last April. The park was very busy that we didn't actually often have many other women on our buses, hence less opportunity to chat then ride with other women.
Secondly could offer getting into more groups at the morning welcome - a group for blues / easy reds / harder reds / blacks. There was only e bike and newbie groups and an other group wasn't sure of level. We were keen to try a black. Perhaps one of the ambassadors could offer to take an advanced group to black at the same time as the blue "train". We didn't see the guides again to ask them.
Also advanced group coaching (into blacks) for women would be nice addition to coaching offerings. Not seen any coaching sessions advertised at this level.
