"A victim of its own success"

First time i have visited and left early. The place was absolutely packed. Parking was right down to the bottom of the hill. Waiting times were long and by 11am i'd had one uplift. Trails were oversubscribed with lots of hold ups mid trail.
I wouldn't come back on a weekend as i am sure its a bit calmer on weekdays.

"Back on a bike after 10 years"

First time visiting BPW and first time back on a bike in about 10 years. Everyone really friendly and helpful. Place is kept immaculate and well maintained. Couldn’t recommend more

Absolute great weekend riding the trails at Bike park Wales. which were awesome. Started off on the Blues to gain confidence and was soon taking on the reds. Fast and flowing to technical and drops. Uplift service exceptional with friendly helpful staff.

Dropped 1 star on rating as only having one till still in the cafe is ridiculous as the queue was massive on Friday and even getting a coffe took 10 mins plus choice of sandwiches was very poor and quite tasteless

"First EMTB trial"

The place and trails are really great. Enjoyed the experience. The bikes we hired were also good.
The checking in however was long, my consent form was not logged so had to do again. Giving bank details for the hire also extended the time, this could of all been done online beforehand. Also the queue for picking up the bike was long until more people were called.
But once done everything else was great.

Fantastic birthday treat for my lad. Great facilities, with amazing tracks, great cafe, eatery, and shop.
ALL the staff I dealt with were great all day long.
My lad had the best day, I had a crash, and even the medics were superb.
It's actually hard to fault this place on any level from my first experience.
I had thought that it was a bit expensive when I booked, which included the all day uplift, but having experienced it, I think it's actually very good value for money.
The tracks are clearly colour coded and signposted for difficulty, but be honest with yourself.... there are some testing runs as I found out !!!
Highly recommended.
