We loved our stay at Garden court for my mum's 60th birthday. It was able to accommodate the whole family including a baby, with a high chair and cot. The kitchen was fabulous and we loved the Orangery area for dining. Most of the rooms were a great size, clean and comfortable beds. The living room provided a great space to chill and also entertain.

Sleeps 12 have great houses! We have a big family and rent a large house for Christmas, we’ve been very happy with sleeps 12 communication and responsiveness. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a big house for a large group holiday :)

"Faultless stay "

It was absolutely amazing, as a regular cleaner for sleeps 12 this particular property was so clean, beautifully looked after, everything was easy to find. The staff were so friendly when they came to clean on check out, it suited our family so well we will 100% be coming back and hopefully make it a yearly trip for us all

"Celebration of a 70th birthday with the family "

I had googled disabled access accommodation in Somerset and came up with the sleeps 12 web site. I telephoned and talked to someone who knew the properties and was able to guide me on the most suitable for our very disabled daughter (w/c dependent and needing hoisting) The wet room was brilliant. Fortunately I saw from the photos the hoist feet (ours) wouldn't go under the bed and after further discussion with the sleeps 12 staff ordered bed raises which sorted that problem and made the bed appropriate height for her personal care. It's always a struggle to sort out what is available in a property and how it'll work for the disability when booking. The corridors were tight to negotiate but the living area more than made up for it as this was just perfect for the whole family to socialise in - this was the intention of the weekend and completed very successfully. The sleeps 12 staff are very reactive to phone calls and emails and very helpful. COOK and Waitrose delivered successfully. Pool was a bit cold for the grand child ... OK for doing laps,..but we did manage to get my daughter in. We did struggle with the kitchen stove but I'm used to an Aga!!
