Booked an appointment for a quotation and never showed, messaged and they got the date wrong, rebooked for the following week and no one showed again, took 2 days out to be home, complete waste of time. Looks like I dodged a bullet if this is how unprofessional they are

Professional and responsive. Sarah carried out a Level 2 Home Survey and Valuation Report for us in November 2024 in Bewdley. Her report was very comprehensive with good photographs and she picked up several important issues which we had missed. Sarah responded quickly to our emails and phone calls and she took the time to discuss the results of the survey and explain the issues to us. We were very happy to have chosen a local surveyor who had experience of the issues most relevant to this area. Sarah’s charges were very competitive and we would highly recommend her services.
