I made an order and recieved items I didn’t want. I contacted postman pooch about it and was offered replacement items- I confirmed I didn’t want these and requested a free return as offered in their website. I have since had no response despite chasing. Won’t be ordering again

Never write reviews but have been so frustrated the last few months and no one replies to me.
I was unhappy originally because the delivery had meant to be the end of each month. I would be charged at the start of the month. However I wasn’t receiving the box until the following month. At one point, I had been charged for two boxes over 2 months and had still been waiting for the first of those boxes.
I emailed and waited some time for a reply, they said it was due to leave the following day and apologised for the delay as they were moving websites. Had nothing to suggest it was on the way over the next couple days so emailed again, no body replied, instead I got confirmation they had sent it from the warehouse and it was on the way.
Got the box, not terribly happy with it but not worth moaning about. I emailed again, asking they cancel my subscription and refund my next box, I didn’t want it and not long been charged for it.
Had an email reply, they confirmed cancellation of the subscription. Since then I have emailed another 3 times asking they cancel my next box and refund me. I am still waiting for a reply a month later.
Got an automatic email this morning to say it had been shipped…
I have given so many opportunities for them to sort this but just get ignored over and over again.
For anyone looking for an alternative box, we now use paws box. They’re brilliant, affordable and without asking, they personalised it to my pooch, welcoming us with hand written notes ext.

"Disappointment"
It was really quick and easy to sign up, take all my details, same as the purchases. All the toys and edible stuff you can buy I think are great stuff, along with the birthday boxes. However, I've recently found similar if not the same items in pets at home and other shops for cheaper prices.
Delivery was good, got here when it said it would, you get notified too.
From all these other reviews I got my hopes up a little about how good this tough plan (monthly subscription) was going to turn out. However, unfortunately, the boxes being sent for my doggo's tough plan was misleading, not to my expectations, also pretty expensive for what you get. The tough plan isn't tough after all.
I cannot find anywhere to cancel my subscription, I've looked everywhere online, emailed - no reply, and I've rang the number a numerous amount on different days and times to which no-one ever answers.
Unfortunately, I've been charged for a 3rd box and I know it won't be worth it.
It's giving me scamming vibes.

"Poor communication"
Although my dog enjoys the subscription box I have problems with the communication side. I never know when the box is getting sent (an email to say it was out for delivery would be nice). When I go on the chat I speak to a computer with a generic answer. This is really putting me off

"Fantastic boxes"
Fantastic boxes, brilliant quality toys and treats my dogs love. Customer service is excellent. We had another subscription box previously and I have to say I find postman pooch is far superior. We are very impressed so far!
