"Awful Experience"
First box was great. Second box had hardly anything in it definitely not worth the money. Sent photo and complained no one had the decency to reply. Cancelled subscription. Items aren’t very good quality and their customer service is non existent. Would definitely not recommend on any level.

"Zero Customer Service...avoid!"
Ordered a birthday and Christmas box for my dog and still not arrived. Her birthday was yesterday. I contacted them by Instagram and got a reply asking for order number. No response after that, so messaged again to be told someone in another department would contact me and nothing. Terrible customer service. Happily take .70 quid off you, but refuse to check order status or reply to messages. Will never order from here again. Joke.

"Great boxes and prices, quick delivery"
Ordered a gotcha day box for Luna and I am well happy.
I left it a bit late and looked online for a nice gift and found Postman Pooch, what as far as I know is the only page in the UK for gotcha day boxes and was scared it wouldn't arrive on time.
There is plenty of choice on the website and it's all very reasonable priced.
The next morning our package arrived nice and on time and filled with goodies :)
No problems ordering or contacting customer service. Luna's birthday is in October and already looking for a birthday box :)
Postman Pooch is a great idea, keep up the good work!

"Poor Communication - Cannot cancel"
My initial experience was good. First box arrived on time, all ok. Subsequent boxes have been hugely delayed and very late. Then the contents were a bit hit and miss and I could have bought them much cheaper elsewhere.
In the end I decided to cancel my subscription. I did this in May, and they responded. I'm still being charged and sent boxes out though which I don't want/need. Their communication isn't great and I seem to have no way of cancelling the box as it has to be done via message which they ignore.
I'm now going to have to request a chargeback via my bank and get them to block future payments.
Don't bother wasting your money - you will never get out of it.

"Very disappointed"
I purchased a monthly puppy subscription. No problems with first box. Second box was dispatched via Hermes and has been stuck with them for over a week. No way to contact Hermes. Messages sent to postmanpooch via Twitter, Instagram and email have been ignored, so what do I do now? I’m £20 out of pocket, no box and not sure if my subscription will now be cancelled as requested. Very disappointed.

End of June now and its still not arrived
Admin have admitted they have had delivery issues but won't refund me.
Terrible customer service and a rip off.
