Hello My name is Derek, From the UK, I found the clinic Care in Turkey on Facebook, this is my second visit with them after having the implants in the first visit, And now I came to get the Zirconium crowns treatment with Dr mevlüt he was excellent, staff drivers and hotel were very good, Iam very happy from my experience I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to get their teeth done

Je souhaitais vous donner des informations qui vont aideront à augmenter la qualité de votre service.
Je suis venue me faire opérer en Turquie par rapport à la réputation du professeur Ethem Guteren.
Le médecin m'a plu et est de qualité.
La grand déception est le décalage entre le devant du décor et l'envers du décor ,et le manque totale d'empathie et d"attention de l'équipe medicale au patient.
Nous avons rencontré des personnes charmantes, prévenantes, attentionnées comme Gamal, Hassim et Myriam l'interprète qui nous ont mis en confiance : c'est l'équipe marqueting de Turquie Care.
Mardi dès 6 heures du matin on vient nous chercher. je n'ai été opérée que à 12 H30 .
J'avais demandé plusieurs fois un sédatif pour calmer mon anxiété, je ne l'ai pas eu : je suis donc arrivée au bloc opératoire consciente avec un stress qui montait .Je suis sous le cyalitique, j'ai froid , je entends des gens rire , parler fort, on me met un classeur blanc sur le ventre et une jeune femme le feuillette.
En mode morceau de viande.Je ne me sens pas considérée, j'ai froid et mon stress augmente..On me met brutalement un tuyau dans la bouche.....Je sors du bloc et je reviens dans la chambre à 20 heures.
A 22 heures , le Professeur Ethem est rappelé en urgence , je repars au bloc par ce que j'ai une tension élevée et j'ai des oedèmes dans le cou qui m'etouffent.
Cette hyper tension est certainement dûe à l'accumulation de stress post opératoire, au manque de considération du personnel medical.
On dit à Stéphane, mon compagnon qu'il y en a pour 1 heure de temps et seulement 2 H30 plus tard on le prévient que je suis remontée du bloc : je resterais en soins intensifs 48 heures

Je ne peux parler et je respire très mal : un tuyau trop profond dans la bouche m'étouffe, j'ai mal et me répète je ne veux pas mourir étouffée à Istanbul.
J'ai gémit sans voix, les yeux fermés par des pansements, je sentais des ombres de personnes passées mais personne ne s'est jamais arrêté.Javais les mains attachées pour ne pas retirer un peu ce tuyau qui me faisait mal dans la bouche .
Parfois je sentais une piqûre sur le bras gauche et j'avais compris que c'était un calmant .Personne ne m'a jamais parlé sauf Mélissa qui m'a dit en Turc j"e suis Mélissa je vais te faire une piqûre ' ou quelque chose comme cela. Je suis sentie abandonné : j'ai émis des sons mais personne n'est jamais venu.
C'est long 48 heures attachée.
Jeudi soir je re intégrais ma chambre où Stéphane m'attendait et s'est occupé de moi , lèvres gercées etc etc .J'ai fondu en larmes.
Myriam l'interprète très gentille est venue aider pour répondre à nos questions.
J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un jeune infirmier de 24 ans Ibrahim passionné par son métier, parlant anglais, dans l'empathie , l'aide et soutien au patient : il m' aidé à juguler une migraine alors que l'infirmière précédente ne parlant pas anglais m'avait apportée des glaçons pour mes yeux fermés par des pansements🙄
Le jour de ma sortie d'hôpital , je m'apercevais que dans la cuisse gauche j'avais toujours un cathéter et une aiguille dedans qui avait été oubliés....
Voilà mon histoire.
En Turquie personne ne parle anglais.
Même si l'hôpital est au top de la technicité son personnel ce n'est pas cela.
Je revois le Professeur Ethem ce dimanche , je pense que le résultat semble correct..
Malgré tout ceci , j'ai toujours toute confiance en le professeur Ethem.
C'est fait je ne reviendrais plus 😁😂

Hello my name is Colin from Scotland, Care in Turkey clinic was recommended to me by a friend, who did his treatments with them, I came to have my tummy tuck, Hair pigmentation, got the Eye surgery today (Femtolasic) because I am tired from wearing glasses, The doctors were amazing we got Dr Ethem he was fantastic and gentle with me, then we got Dr abdurrahman from hair department I appreciate the results the staff were amazing, Asim was helpful and friendly, he’s a good guy, drivers are very friendly, always on time, Raneem’s English is extremely good, she has a very nice friendly demeanor and she has a good basic knowledge of the different procedures. She was able to make me relaxed, she made sure to see if I’m good and comfortable, I needed some kind of Medications that I couldn’t find but she found them for me she was very helpful to me I appreciate and she’s very pretty also finally Iam so happy from my experience with Care in turkey they are amazing I recommend it to everyone thank you guys

I have had a very unpleasant experience. I was told that I would have a translator for 24 hours, but I only had one for a few hours and not even every day.
I asked for a room in my hotel for my son to help me and they didn't do anything.
They promised a lot and did almost nothing.
The worst situation concerns money. On the last day they forced me to pay a higher amount than agreed and put me in a hurry as I almost lost my flight.
I sent them a lot of emails and a lot of sms in whatsapp after I got back home, no one ever replied and completely disappeared.
Is this the right and professional way to work?
I do not recommend it at all.
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent actions of this organisation. The issue in question has caused me considerable distress and I find the current situation unacceptable and despite my previous attempts to raise the matter, I have seen from them no concrete action or resolution.
