Bought a treadmill from this company may last year, it had a 12 month warranty. The treadmill stopped working today but no way to contact them, online customer service number doesn’t work.

Unable to make contact with this company. The given number is not in service and i cannot get reposnse to the sales email. I need support on Nordic Trak treadmill that suddenly blew the fuse and shorted out the house! If anyone knows how to contact them please post!

We bought a refurbished treadmill. 12 month warranty. The very first time we went on it it was clear there was an intermittent issue. Messaged them, no reply. Messaged again weeks later, no reply. Then last week the treadmill ground to a halt while running on it and a loud electric cracking sound happened and smoke appeared from where the electricals are. We thought it was going on fire there. The machine now doesn't turn on at all (unsurprisingly) and there is zero response from these guys. No response from OnBuy where we bought from either. Absolutely shocking service. Someone please respond to this so we can address the issue or we are next going to trading standards.

I had been looking for replacement seat rollers for my Pro-Style rowing machine with no luck. After changing my search browser I found Restyle, and hey presto I found them for £25 including delivery. Rollers arrived within 24 hours, and machine up and running again!

Ordered a Proform 9000 Treadmill. Really happy, the treadmill is brand new no scuffs or marks, paid half the retail price. 9It was listed as box damaged).
Restyle kept me informed regarding delivery and so did the transport company, and when I asked a question via email, the company was quick to reply and help.

The company took my call and asked swiftly which was very reassuring. I was able to speak to someone immediately about rowing machine and we needed guidance which we got. Again swiftly the company answered my questions and made a suggestion. We are delighted with the rowing machine we have. It’s quite long and thin and it’s a shape that fits the area we set aside for it. It’s great if needed it can be folded away.
I was warned the rowing machine would only be put on the pavement of the street where we live. I’m n fact the rowing machine was in a folded position and if I’m correct it was weekend in to the house by the driver. I was extremely grateful.
I imagined a large box perhaps like a fridge. This did make me feel a bit worried how I’d get the rowing machine in the house.
If I’d been told it’s folded but can be wheeled I would have been less apprehensive.

I had my first go on the rowing machine with a friend who has a very similar model. Again I was a it fearful again this time about using the electronic displays. I didn’t want to break it.
The next day I asked for instructions for the model we have. They came really quickly too. So that was great.
My son was apprehensive about people the age of my husband and me- in our late 60s. He reminded me that rowing is ballerina weightlifter, ballerina weight lifter. My son also said that you use your legs as much as possible when you start the row. Then you use you back. Last you use your arms. I think this should have been part of the instructions. I don’t think it would hurt to have included this advice.
The day my friend showed me how to use the display I did use the rowing machine but I hadn’t yet spoken to my son. I did 7 minutes and thought I should stop for the first go. I know enough about sport to know you must go very gradually especially at the start of something new. I am fit. I run and bike and swim each week.
I needed to know that didn’t really count as fitness for rowing. So I did over do the first day. Two minutes and advice to only do two minutes perhaps every other day for week or more would have helped me.
As the next day after using the machine for 7 mins my collarbone hurt so I realised I need real help how to use the rowing machine properly.
So the truth is that I haven’t found anyone yet.
I am still glad we got the rowing machine. But guidance in its use - not just electronic guide- and advice according to one’s age would have been marvellous.
