There was a problem with the original oven we ordered and, prior to delivery, we were given the opportunity to choose another, which we did. The refund was effectively processed and delivery was quick and easy.
Great service overall and competitive pricing.

"Negative experience for me"

Encouraged by the positive reviews, and after discussions on the chat, i made them an offer. This company charged my account in the middle of the night automatically after they accepted my offer, without me checking out, immediately shipped out the item to prevent me from cancelling the transaction. I requested to pay via credit card or a payment plan, all requests were declined. They had a hard time understand the cost was a full monthly salary and i just cant afford it. Ultimate returning the item costed me £150 with a pallet service even if they had listed Royal mail as an automated returning option for 4£. It seems this is not the general experience but if you have an issue it does look like a worst case scenario. STAY AWAY from them!!
