"2nd day Fedex delivery became 8 days… "
Ordered pet meds last Monday (3/31/25), and paid $40 (!) for “2nd day FedEx delivery”. When the provided tracking # showed (after the 4th day) that it was still nowhere near me, I wrote to Juicyskate to ask for help. They said they were sorry and were “investigating”. A day later (still no meds), I wrote again asking for a shipping refund (asked only for the shipping credit, since it was clearly not even close to a two day shipping). Was told that they wouldn’t refund the shipping charge, but would offer me a discount on my “next order”. I replied that that was an unacceptable solution, but got no response. Meds finally arrived today (4/7/25, the 8th day after my order). Clearly not a customer oriented company (&, for the record, my communications were all polite, and a freight credit under these circumstances seems entirely reasonable… but not to them, apparently).

I have ordered fish-mox several times and I personally have never had a bad experience in doing so. I will say one thing though, this last bottle of Fish-mox that I just ordered seems to be of a slightly better quality than what I have previously ordered. I don’t know maybe it’s just me but these capsules were bigger than the last and were definitely fresh stuff. Solved my fishy problem in pretty short order.

I placed an order for a 100 count bottle of Fish Biotics on 3/5/25 it arrived on 3/11/25, but was an opened bottle that only contained 4 capsules. Emma with Juicy Skate assured me via Email that it would be replaced immediately and I would receive a tracking number. It's now 3/18/25 and I have heard nothing back & do not have a replacement. I will update if one is received.
