And I appreciate the service I got to set up with my previous rep. When I came in my internet was set up and ready to go! Great customer service. Happy to do do business.

I had a very disappointing experience with Centric Fiber. The communication regarding my WiFi installation was practically nonexistent. Despite my attempts to get updates, I was met with unprofessionalism and blank responses from their team. To make matters worse, they moved forward with actions without informing me, leaving me completely out of the loop. This level of disregard for customer service is unacceptable. As a result, I decided to switch to AT&T, and I’m glad I did. I wouldn’t recommend Centric Fiber to anyone who values clear communication and respectful service.

"Worst cable service ever!!! "
I would leave them zero stars if I could. They are the worst cable company I’ve ever had. There are outages at least twice a week and when you call you get a recorded message that states there are currently no reported outages even after you get an email stating that there is a reported outage. Always inconsistent and unreliable. Then they use the excuse that they’re doing upgrades and they’ll send an email stating that we won’t have service due to upgrades. They have upgrades every week multiple times I have never heard of such a thing. Do not waste your money!! I wish I could choose another carrier, but I live in an apartment complex that only allows us to use them. if I had a choice, I would go with anyone but them!!!!!!

I really do not like centric fiber. Internet is always out and I pay on time every month. I have to use my hotspot often. So what the heck do I have to pay them for?!
They are also hard to get in touch with about issues

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Support
I am writing this review after an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with centric fiber. Despite their claims of seamless activation, I have encountered nothing but issues from the start.
**Key Issues:**
1. **Activation Problems:** The activation process, which was advertised as smooth and hassle-free, has been anything but. It has been six days and my service is still not properly set up.
2. **Unresponsive Technicians:** While the technicians do their jobs, they do not ensure that the service is fully functional before leaving. This has led to repeated issues that remain unresolved. Also technicians claiming they did it and it clearly wasn’t done bc it wasn’t connected at the slicer. They refuse to Verify Connectivity from Junction box to demarc.
3. **Poor Customer Service:** Every time I call customer service, I am told that the problem is resolved when it clearly isn’t. The customer service representatives and technicians are always busy, and it is nearly impossible to get a manager to call back.
4. **Lack of Follow-Up:** Despite multiple calls and promises of follow-ups, no one has contacted me to resolve the issues. The lack of accountability and follow-through is appalling.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and support provided. I urge centric to address these issues seriously and improve their customer service and technical support processes.
