"Fast to start up, but don’t ask for anything else"

Fast to start up. Great until it isn’t. They are down for hours about 5-7 times a month. And for the price they are meh.
Now let’s talk about their true downfall. Customer support. You want to start services they will answer that phone in seconds. You want to know if there is an outage you ll find out quick too. You have a question or need technical support don’t hold your breath. They transfer you to a voicemail and never call you back. I called on Thursday after hours and left a voicemail. Friday didn’t get a call back and it was already mid day. Called 5x and left voicemails no response called new services line immediately answered refused to help and transferred me to billing line and went to voicemail. Called another 2x and got ahold of someone. Told them I want to cancel and they told me that they have to request a cancel and I will get an email about it, never did. It’s Wednesday now. I have called 4x and still nothing. Pay the 5 dollars more and save you a headache and have 24hr customer support

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE "

The biggest issue I have with this company is their absolute lack of customer service. If you need to talk to someone about your bill or a manager you will NEVER hear back from. If you want to start new services, of course they would be more than happy to assist with that. Their customer service for existing customers is AWFUL!!! I can’t wait for google fiber or ATT to make it to our new community. I will be cancelling and switching as soon as I can. Avoid this company if you can!

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST"

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY GET ZERO STARS IF I COULD THEY ARE AWFUL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK, THEY HAVE OUTAGES SO VERY OFTEN AND GIVE YOU VERY LITTLE COMMUNICATION. THEY WILL OFFER YOU NO BILL CREDITS FOR ALL THE TIME YOU DO NOT HAVE INTERNET YESTERDAY IT WAS OUT FOR 12 HOURS. THEY ARE RUDE AND DISMISSIVE WHEN YOU FINALLY DO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSSINESS IS BEYOND ME!! THESE NEW COMMUNITIES CHOOSING TO USE THEM IS A HUGE MISTAKE!! NOW THEY CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL 4.95 AS A RECOVERY FEE ON YOUR BILL. WHAT A JOKE! I HOPE THEY READ ALL THESE REVIEWS AND CHANGE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION AND HOW OFTEN THERE SERVICE GOES DOWN!!!!

"These guys are the worst"

These guys are the worst! Consistent drop outs, you can't get a hold of customer service EVER! No call backs. They keep changing my billing amounts and I can't get a hold of anyone to see why!! I've had issues with these guys from the start of my service. Unfortunately, I live in a new community so this POS service is the only option! I am switching at a moments notice when something else comes along!

"If I could give a 0 I would"

If I could give a 0 I would! We moved to Texas back in October and decided to use Centric Fiber as they were the cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for. From day one we had internet connection problems! I don’t think there was one day where the internet didn’t go. It seems like everyone in our community had the same issues! After 72 hrs of not having service we gave up and cancelled! Too bad they couldn’t get it worked out! Happy with our new provider… perfect service!!

"WORST PROVIDER EVER"

WORST PROVIDER EVER. IVE HAD NO INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK SINCE MOVING IN AND THEY DON’T CARE. THEY DONT PICK UP CALLS OR WANT TO HELP YOU AT ALL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION I HAVE FOR MY APARTMENT:( NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH AWFUL SERVICE. WISH I COULD GO BACK TO AT&T

"Avoid if at all possible"

Absolute garbage internet service. Unfortunately, it is also the only option available to me. The service has repeatedly gone down for hours on end over the past year, as often as multiple times per day and at best once per week. Their support is impossible to get ahold of when you need them. When there is an issue, their support line goes straight to voicemail and I often do not get a call back. I have to share a single public IP with 7 of my neighbors because they don't know how to configure their network properly. This breaks DDnS, all self-hosted services, and it causes problems with VoIP, VPN, and everything else susceptible to double NAT issues. Spoofing the MAC of the modem allows everyone connected through the same upstream device to see everyone else's traffic. The web interface of upstream devices is accessible from both inside and outside their network. Google is constantly complaining about "suspicious activity" from our collective IP, resulting in many requests to prove I am not a robot throughout the day. I'm lucky to have my own firewall behind their modem to keep the neighbors out of my local network. Based on what my firewall logs show, I'm certain some of my neighbors are not so lucky. If you have another option, any other option, my advice is to take it.
