Not only was the call cordial, professional, and informational; but Jonathan made ever effort to earn our business and ensure our success during onboarding and setup with trust and honesty. I'm actually in shock. This level of customer service and interaction, unfortunately, is not seen often these days.

"Hot Garbage"
Between 1 and 3 outages of an hour or more EVERY WEEK since we moved in to a Centric only community 3 months ago. I'm really getting angry about this, to the point of researching my legal options.

One of the worst internet companies. They have outages here in Texas every other day and all the maintenance they do doesn't help. I been without internet for 4 hours now and they didn't even know there was a outage until I called. Their technical phone line always rings goes to voice mail that says the agent is helping another customer. If you leave a voice message no one ever respond back. I'm going back to my old internet company which was way better. I would avoid these guys.

"Provides less reliability than a coin toss"
I’ve had centric fiber for over a year, and every week or two the internet will go down without notice. This will last anywhere from 4 hours to 4 days.
I am not exaggerating, there have been several weeks where it’s taken them four+ days to fix the connection.
If you were wondering how they keep their prices cheaper than other providers, it’s simple, they only provide you internet half of the time!
Save yourself the headache, avoid centric fiber.

"2 am TV help."
I was needing help getting my TV back working again at 2 am in the morning. I called left a message, thinking I would get a call in the morning. Well to my surprise. Jay (or Jason) call at 2 am to help me solve my TV issues. Well about 30 to 40 minutes or so all was fixed. I'm sure this was unusual. But t am forever grateful.
