I’m genuinely shocked at the high review rate this ISP has. Almost everyday between 9PM-Whenever, they’re down in my area, they have a monopoly on the neighborhood and clearly throttle down network service.. I’ve contacted support about their inconsistencies and they said, “well were the only provider you have”

I do NOT recommend this terrible service. Since October 2024 I’ve lost work because of their random disconnections.. and when I confront them, “tough luck” Centric Fiber is truly a scam of an ISP.. If you want consistency, reliability and DECENT customer service, look elsewhere.. Centric Fiber doesn’t care about you.

Our first contact was with Donna and we could not have had a better first impression. She is the kindest, most helpful person I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to try and get our internet up and running before the weekend. Turned out we needed an updated router but she made sure that we kept our spot on the schedule to have a tech come out. Jordan was our tech and was immaculately on time and had us up and running in under 30 minutes. From start to finish the customer service was amazing and being a work from home household, internet keeps us functioning. Thank you again!
