"A professional and flexible on-line donation system"

The process of setting up the on-line donations and fundraising sections was very quick and easy. It is very professional and the ability for us to amend and alter is very easy.

We are able to set up campaigns and also drive individuals who want to fundraise for us through events to a central area. We are also able to monitor income and report accordingly. It is very flexible.

We are hopeful that with this in place our online donations will increase and we would recommend Charity Checkout to other charities.

Brighton Oasis Project began using Charity Checkout a year ago and have since seen a steady increase in our community fundraising income through one-off and regular donations as well as event sales. We have used the platform to manage our event ticket sales, online donations and fundraisers including the Brighton Marathon, where our runners were able to set up their own fundraising pages and between them raised over £4,500.

As a busy Fundraising Manager it is vital that I am able to coordinate our community fundraising activity efficiently and Charity Checkout has supported me to do this. I find the platform very easy to use and navigate. I can easily pull fundraising reports as needed.

They have set up a direct debit from an account I don’t use, I have tried speaking with them and found them very unhelpful and argumentative! They have refused to help me look into this on the phone and even accused me of being a scammer! There seemed to be no department I could go through and speak to instead I was told to email them with all my details including bank details and they would look into it, I told them I wasn’t happy to provide my details via email and again was met with hostility. I will now be taking this matter further.

Having spent far too many years in customer service and support myself, I quickly recognize an exceptional practitioner of the same. From the get-go, and consistently so, this particular account manager has represented her company exceptionally well, and so much so, that our wee charity is proud to be one of their customers.
