Set up charity page for fundraising. There was an issue with the editing, story and profile and adding a picture. A couple of the team members looked at it but couldnt resolve it - but the issue was escalated until fully resolved. Was resolved quickly and easily :) Team at Enthuse were extremely helpful and efficient

"Not Sharp practice !"

Gave £100 to an animal charity. In doing so I did not notice that an extra £12.50 had been added as a "gift". I contacted them straight away to get a refund and received a confirmation email stating it would be refunded. Nearly two weeks later and it still has not been refunded. The "gift" by the way is an opt out rather than an opt in so is easy to miss. This smacks of sharp practice. I was going to set up a regular payment but will contact the charity and make them aware of this situation.

Edit. I was contacted by Emma Smith who sorted out the refund very quickly. She made me aware that the "gift" was due to the way the charity had set up their account with Enthuse . I am happy to clarify/rectify that. The overdue refund has now been made. The experience I had I would not like to be repeated but Emma Smith sorted it out as promised.

I donated to a charity and enthuse platform automatically took a 15% donation for itself.
There is a checkbox that is set by default to do this but on a mobile phone its not very clear. I think its a bit sly this is set 'on' by default and should really be 'off' by default.
To be fair Enthuse did contact me and repaid the 15%
