"Not a very helpful company…"
Not a very helpful company that take charity-raised funds to keep afloat. There was an error of the fundraising page. They have taken over 2 week to not correct it. Public fundraising starts tomorrow with no luck in having the correct information on the page. The platform doesn't allow me to change it myself...

"Double payment taken but sorted with outstanding customer service"
Didn’t have the best experience donating to a friend via Enthuse due to an error on the payment system which took a duplicate payment that hadn’t credited on Enthuse’s own system and meant it took 30 days to get a refund.
Have to commend the efforts of Emma Smith who went above and beyond to rectify the problem and provide regular updates after the issue was elevated from initial liaison with customer service who gave confusing and contradictory feedback at the beginning. In the end, my bank refunded me when I raised a dispute but Emma also credited me the extra payment as a goodwill gesture for all the inconvenience caused which I was very grateful for.

"From a donor's perspective"
From a donor's perspective, trying to make a £500 sponsor donation Enthuse is a rip off. They try and charge £62.50 fee on top of the £500 so I will be attempting to make the donation via another route. ALL of their on-line responses say they are free o charities negating to state that donors are paying their wages by "a small percentage" which starts at 10% and for £500 automatically adds £62.50. It might be great for charities but I wonder how much they miss in fundraising because some donors will baulk at Enthuse' fee which I think is too high. £5 on £50 seems reasonable perhaps but the auto-fill £62.50 on £500 (you can alter it to £50) seems way too high.

"AVOID - BROKEN PRODUCT / TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"
I have been using Enthuse for a few years now and I must say their customer service recently has been TERRIBLE and untrustworthy. Please avoid, there are much better platforms out there now!
I work for a charity called Brass for Africa and we are running our biggest campaign of the year. We completely appreciate that technical issues are normal, but as with any product if there are issues happening & technical errors then we would expect the Enthuse team to be very diligent and quick in trying to solve them. Their Strava linkup isn't working and after a week of constantly asking for help and updates I am yet to be given any kind of update or solution as to why this is happening. I have expressed that this is a live campaign and that many donors/fundraisers are complaining about their product but all I've got is a few links ignoring the fact that their product is failing.
Their replies have not been quick enough and after a week of issues (and MANY emails) I have yet to be given a solution. Simply not good enough, and certainly not considering the expense.

"Great Experience"
Jared our accounts manager has spent time supporting us to widen what we do. I had used Enthuse before and whilst its an excellent platform, if you are not tech minded some of it is a struggle, but for the most part it really does work very well indeed for charities.
