Just tried to donate to my niece for a charity but these con artists are trying to force me to "tip" them at least £2 on top of the donation?? So they make money off of charity donations? N call it a tip to keep ther website running. Utter nonsense. Better off using a bank account, at least people donating won't have to pay extra. Just got an email asking me to give this company my personal details to verify my experience??? How will my name and phone number verify anything?? Trying to have my review removed because its true

I had a query about how we could use a donation button for a one off project and the customer support agent was extremely helpful and supported me to make a specific checkout for our charity, outside of our usual use.

If i could give no stars i would. Me and my friends and family have been trying to donate more money for my firewalk for my local hospital where i work. Will not let me. Rang them explaining the situataion said they would sort it and email me. NO EMAIL i rang again they said they would sort it. So just tried to donate again. Still a problem. My firewalk is on friday. Running out of time. So if im unable to donate to reach my minimum target i guess i cant do it. And the people who have donated will think im a con artist. AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A DISGRACE!!!!,

Poor show from Enthuse. They took a 'voluntary' extra donation from me which went not to my charity but to Enthuse itself. I dd not agree this and why would I want to benefit that company and not my charity? So far no reply to my reqest for a refund. It is not the amount, which was small, it is the lack of transparency and I will be registering a formal compaint about them. I view this as shabby and exploitative behaviour.

I donated to a particular scout group but thought that maybe it just went to the scouts in general. But Enthuse were brilliant at finding exactly that the money went to the group I wanted. Their response was very quick really helpful, could not have been better, thanks.
