"Very professional and well mannered"
Very professional and well mannered, and dealt with my query in a very efficient manner.

"NIPANC was contacted by Jared Monaghan…"
NIPANC was contacted by Jared Monaghan (Enthuse) in November 2023, and to be honest we haven't looked back since then. Integrating the Enthuse platform into NIPANC has been both incredibly straight forward and hugely impactful in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. On top of this the service, support, advice, guidance and energy we get from Jared at all times has been incredible.

"Thanks Erik"
Have had contact with Erik on 3 separate occasions over the last 3 weeks. Service has been beyond excellent, always patient, clear and so helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

"Donation markup & data mining"
I can't make a one-off anonymous donation without opening an account requiring full name, address and email. T&C says says they will share this data with charities I donate to, I did not agree and did not make a donation. They also add 16% to a donation for costs, a bit steep.

"Trying to make an actual donation"
I tried very hard to make an actual donation to a particular charity, that was running an event.
Intended to simply search for he charity and quite simply make a donation.
I could not find anywhere on the enthuse website that would allow me to do that - how difficult should it be??
So, upshot - no donation made!

"Enthuse has allowed us to reduce admin…"
Enthuse has allowed us to reduce admin time, making fundraising more efficient, but also to diversify our funding streams with simplicity. It's also enabled us to pull off better reports to match up to our finance system.

"Harvesting your personal information"
The giving process harvests too much personal information - far more than they need, which is a red flag. Even the ‘anonymous’ donation collects your personal info - the anonymous part is that your name doesn’t show on the charity website.
Also they have the ‘tip’ section after you have donated which you need to opt out of. Another red flag. Stay safe and don’t use them.

"No regrets on switching to Enthuse"
We switched to Enthuse earlier this year and can honestly say we have no regrets whatsoever. The system itself is user friendly and facilitates a range of options, that weren't available on other platforms we used.
Jared has been an absolute star, walking us step by step through the initial system training and working closely with us in the setup and rolling out of new events, always finding solutions to some of our complex requests. He is a fountain of knowledge in relation to the system and really friendly and approachable, which always makes things much easier. 100% recommend any charity who hasn't already, tries the Enthuse platform, both for fundraising and event management.

"Check your bank if you’ve donated! Scammers! "
Check your bank statement if you have used Enthuse! Made one £50 donation, they took THREE in two minutes. Somehow I only got one notification from my bank and the third transaction only appeared on my bank weeks later but showed as being taken the same time as the others. Only £50 was added to the fundraiser so Enthuse paid themselves £100! Got no response from them despite following their process, still trying to sort this months later. Seems a common thing, how are they getting away with this?!
