Their customer support phone rarely answers when you call.- It can sometimes take up to 1 hour until you get a reply on phone. Emails even worse. This is disgusting how you can so easily deposit but
withdrawing is impossible.

It has now been 12 hours since I requested a withdrawal, their answer is simple "We prioritize all similar requests. As soon as possible you will receive your winnings." Have anyone EVER have to wait 12 hours for a withdrawal to even be approved? this is disgusting

Update: Got my withdrawal after a total of 13.5 hours of wait. Minus the 20% ofcourse... lol
