I deposit 1000$ and won up to 4500$ when i try to Withdraw they ask for KYC so i fully completed the KYC 1 day later the account got banned. They did not even pay back my deposit on 1000$

I see so many complains about the withdrawals . 5 years ago if you hit withdraw you would be getting your withdrawal in minutes or as per their t&c.

Previously if the requested amount is less than $300.00 it would be processed the next day , for $500.00 in the next 5 business days, it was cool and specific. Earlier last year they changed it to a corporate bs jargon which is 8.3.1.
