"A Great Company with Helpful Customer Relations"

I cannot speak highly enough of the great service I received from The Painted Furniture Company. I was to move into an Assisted Living apartment in early November 2024 and ordered furniture, accordingly, to be delivered a few days prior to my moving in. However the move in date was delayed until December 2024. This super company accommodated this with no problem to me at all, but must have given them storage problems! The two lovely wardrobes and a bed head were delivered and in my new home exactly as requested. So thank you all at the P.F.C.involved. Callum at Hampton Wick was especially helpful at every stage.

"Quality bed"

I went to a shower room in Kingston and bought a bed. It took a long time to arrive but the quality of the bed is great. Construction of the bed is very simple and came with retouch paint which is reassuring in case anything happens in the future.

"Great quality and love our custom colour"

The staff were brilliant both when ordering my chest of drawers and then delivering it right into our bedroom up two flights of stairs! We love the custom colour to match our wall and the quality is top notch.

"We took a long drive to visit the…"

We took a long drive to visit the showroom and we were assisted in store by a helpful sales person who we had previously had email communication with. We chose would work for us and went away placing an order for two units in October and being told it wouldn’t be delivered until the new year which seemed quite far off but we accepted it. They were able to deliver before Christmas which we were happy about but upon delivery unfortunately we spotted that the 2 door wardrobe and the 1 door cupboard both have faults on them, and the hat wasn’t delivered fir the 2 door, they returned the next day with the hat. The issues are that some of the paint hasn’t been sprayed on properly inside left door of the two door unit and visible blobs of paint by the door handles, a scratch on the outside door and the doors aren’t level to each other on the 2 door wardrobe. Neither of the two delivery teams could fix it with one of the delivery men complaining that the office don’t know they aren’t trained to make the adjustments having been told over the phone that they are! They tried but couldn’t level it. They took photos of the issues and we were told a service engineer can visit our premises to fix the issues. We are now trying to organise this and being told by an uncaring, unhelpful Deborah in the Cirencester office that the service engineer can’t visit here until the New Year which I had previously advised I would find unacceptable given the predicament we have been put in with all these issues! This is unacceptable given that we spent a lot of money on these two units! When something like this happens the responsibility lies with painted furniture company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and not be unhelpful, by delaying us, the warehouse not contacting us yesterday as we were advised they would, not understanding that we cannot use the units by filling them up then emptying them out when the service engineer is good and ready to attend! Not understanding that the issues are enough to warrant an immediate fix. Unfortunately I had to chase then up again today and spoke again with Deborah who outrightly refused to give me the warehouse telephone number, and I couldn’t speak to the manager as she is off sick and when pushed to resolve this issue for us without causing further delays and inconvenience and expecting us to bend over backwards to accept their conditions which rightfully so we don’t Deborah abruptly ended the call!! As if we have not been inconvenienced and disrespected enough! The sign of a good company is they bend over backwards to assist you without further delays and inconvenience in recognition of the fact that they have messed up and not put the onus on the buyer to bend to their will. Absolutely shocking customer service! To say I’m angry is putting it mildly!!

"This is a fantastic company"

This is a fantastic company. I initially spoke to Callum who answered all my questions, was very efficient and polite. I then had further contact with another lady when i wanted to amend my order who was also extremely helpful.
The furniture is exceptional quality and beautifully finished, I ordered two lots of bedroom furniture and could not be happier. Farrow and Ball colours match perfectly. I really could not be happier

"This is a great company"

This is a great company. They don't deliver to Scotland until they have a full van but well worth the wait. Furniture is lovely and well made. Would definitely buy more furniture from here
