"Great advice on board selection"

Did a great job from start to finish in advising on purchase of a new board and fin set up. The guys were super helpful and detailed and quick to respond with my questions about board dimensions etc to suit my ability. A new board purchase is a big decision (financially and philosophically!) so its was great to have such informed advice relevant to my local breaks. The advice was spot on and the board does what it says on the tin!

Un service commercial et logistique au top! J’y ai acheté une combinaison RIP Curl 4/3mm en promo. La commande a été traité en temps et en heure. L’expédition a été faite rapidement. Pas de frais complémentaires. Il y a eu un souci avec le transporteur. J’ai appelé The Gallery Boardshop. L’échange a été vraiment agréable et efficace. Ils m’ont tenu au courant. À la réception du colis, un très gentil courrier manuscrit accompagnait la facture. C’est tellement rare aujourd’hui. Ce sont des choses importantes montrant l’attention auprès du client. Bravo à eux.

As a bit of a born again surfer (or wannabe!) I have bought three or four surfboards and associated accessories from Boardshop in the last few months.
What made me return each time was the old fashioned notion of service and genuine advice (yes, one can actually ring them and have a traditional chat about board selection- I don’t think email has the same feel!. The advice received has been brilliant, the products recommended spot on and each board arrived exactly when specified (handy when you need unpack and store) and amazingly well packaged!
They will be my first port of call will all future purchases

Great advice from boardshop. Spoke to the guys on the phone multiple times to help select the right board. Suggested a great range and gave really useful advice. Purchased a Form Mod Pro - quality board, perfect fit and not something I had originally thought of purchasing. Arrived the next day! 10/10 service.
