Ordered a custom CI that wasn’t on the board builder. The team sorted it out for me to make sure I could get the board I was after. Kept me up to date on the progress and then when it did arrive it was sent out the next day to me. Can’t fault the service, can’t fault the board. Thanks to the team involved.

Excellent customer service, ordered x2 custom boards and was updated constantly throughout the process and even asked Charlie for recommendations on what fin setups to run for the boards and he gave a good variety depending on what level / type of surfer you are. Spot on and probably wouldn’t go elsewhere for boards or bits and bobs.
