Rien à redire, frais quasi absents ou très faibles. Sans prise de tête, on ne lui demande pas grand chose et il fait beaucoup !!
Service client très réactif, agréable et professionnel.
Application toute neuve vraiment simple d'utilisation, iban bulgare mais pas gênant car fait partie SEPA.
Non franchement c'est une pepite et gratuite de surcroît (beaux avantages à pourvoir avec une carte premium)

After all cases with banks I have faced with in Bulgaria - iCard is the only possible solution! I have no idea how the rest of the banks survive here having iCard as a competitor. Because it’s like Middle Ages (the whole banking system in Varna, at least) and nowadays. Support is fast, it took me less than an hour in general to open the account! Incredible speed for Varna 😅
The bank still lacks some important services, like working with USD currency, no options to open deposit. Cash back is really small and only for premium card available. It would be great to have an opportunity to pay all utilities through the bank… but all those are really small things that can be easily added in the future, I believe.
Anyway, the best option on Bulgarian market
