Pessimo servizio di assistenza clienti. Ho avuto il dispiacere di comunicare con operatori scortesi. Inoltre non sono stati in grado di aiutarmi. icard premium metal è uno spreco di soldi.

iCard schließt anscheinend Konten, ohne vorher darüber zu informieren.

Der iCard-Support behauptet E-Mails zu einer TIN-Anfrage gesendet zu haben.

Wenn man innerhalb von zwei Monaten nicht auf die angebliche Anfrage reagiert, dann berechnen Sie eine Gebühr von monatlich 50 EUR für die Aufbewahrung des Guthabens bis dieses aufgebraucht ist.

Es gibt keinen Nachweis über diese TIN-E-Mails und der Kundenservice kann auch nicht weiterhelfen. Das Konto wurde ohne Vorwarnung wegen Inaktivität geschlossen.
