"Excellent RailTrail Experience!"

In September, 2023, I took my first Railtrail tour - "The Heart of Wales Steam & the Brecon Beacons". It was a wonderful experience - the people, the booking process, the logistics, everything. And now I've booked my second Railtrail tour - "Wonderful Wales" - for September 2025. A satisfied customer returns!

Disappointed as the tour guide had little interest and not informative. The tour was expensive and with free time was not supported, previously railtrail had supported tickets for travel on free days. Will not be booking again with railtrail. Overall did not represent good value for money.

Excellent company with a wide range of interesting tours both UK and overseas, easy to book by calling the office or via their website, always found the staff helpful and friendly from the customer care to the tour managers.
