"Damp proofing "

Had James & Rick come today to carry out DPC to our home in Sale. Can't credit them enough for their workmanship and customer service. Really nice guys and would definitely recommend.

Dan the surveyor came round to assess my cavity wall insulation which had blown fibre and was no longer energy efficient. He showed me the evidence on camera and talked me through the process in a professional way that I understood. The work has now been completed and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Well,what can I say about these guys.
Excellence and professional from the first person that came to my house.
Home energy kept in touch with me throughout my experience.
My work rota is heave so the work had to be taken three days over three weeks.
Yesterday was the last day.
The first day that the lads turned up was amazing. They were at my door at 09:00am on the dot. big smiles on their faces, and this made me feel I had chosen the right company to do the job.
I apologise I could not remember the lads names that came on the Tuesday, which was the first day.
But the following Saturday. Luke and (I think it was a man called Matty ?) Turned up.
They got into the job immediately, after asking me to show them where things were.
They both never stopped from the minute they got here.
Luke would come and show me what he was doing through the day, so I was aware of what was going on. (Which totally put my mind at rest).
Yesterday Luke and Matty came back to finish the work.
He put a coating on my render on my out buildings in the back garden, and the plaster was put on my wall in my front box room. (An excellent job!).
Luke also pointed the brickwork by my window outside (which was the cause of the penetrating damp).
He even dyed the morter dark red to match my house colour 👍.
I really cannot find the words to describe my experience.
And all the rubbish was cleared. Hoovered for me too, It didn't even look like they had been, so tidy.
Just so happy and relieved I have found a fantastic company to do this work for me. .I will be getting in touch with you again in the near future to put a coating on the front of my house, and to repair my origional metal gutters.

Be assured! Home Energy Save will do a great job, whether they’re insulating your loft or your walls. I’ve just had both done and I’m really pleased.
Their reflective aluminium barrier in the rafters is already earning its keep and so are the PVA beads now firmly fixed in our wall cavities by their expert Tudor Roberts.
