I booked our paintball event for 10 online with Trevor after purchasing a package in our local shopping centre, it was super easy and quick and I received all the information I needed at the time. I can’t wait to play!

Be aware - False and misleading information given then my refund was refused!!! I purchased tickets via a Westfield pop up store for my daughters 13th birthday party in December. There was no location written on the form I was given but I was advised by the representative that the location was in Campbelltown. I was hesitant to purchase since the distance was an hour travel from my home, especially since there would be 10 - 15 kids going. I decided to purchase since the deal sounded great but I did voice my concerns about the travel. One month later I decided to sit down to book a date via the website. Nothing came up when I googled Paintball Campbelltown, instead the location was Appin….a further 15 minutes past where I was told. I feel it is not unreasonable to ask for a refund since I was given the wrong information when purchasing the tickets. After calling them they advised I fill out the refund request form. I did this explaining why I went over their “10 day cooling off period” and was responded by saying I went over their cooling off period and to call the 1300 number if I had any questions. I then call this number only to be told to send an email and they are not the right people to speak to. Unbelievable and shame on these people who think they can give false information to lure people in and now sending me back and forth palming me off! Disgusting!!

Took my son to the field in Appin and he absolutely loved it!
