Sorry but it clearly states on the tickets that the tickets cover entry, equipment hire and the first 100 paintballs, and that you can get an extra 100 paintballs for 25 or buy a pack that starts at $90 for 500 paintballs and if you have been paintballing before you would know that $90 for entry, equipment hire and 600 paintballs is actually cheap

I purchased two discount packages for 10 people and had 2 years to use them. Both times when I booked in the customer service was fantastic especially Philip as he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Was sold tickets in a shopping centre that actually made my paintball experience more expensive than going directly to Delta Force in Appin. Will not be playing paintball again due to the deception from Next level and Delta Force allowing this scam to happen.

My daughter has a mild intellectual disability and 15 years old, these guys preyed upon her, talked her into signing, they knew she was slow,took $89 out my account. ( i gave her my cash card to get something to eat and unfortunately she walked past these sharks),ive tried to get a refund. Absolutely shocking and complete scam. No morals and no refund. It was not money we could spare
