Tom is well established in the industry some 20 years and we felt we were in the best hands with Tom arranging this special once in a lifetime trip for us. We could not fault one single thing, everything from start to finish was amazing and ran so smoothly. Communication with Tom was via email as we reside in Australia and even with the 15 hour time difference it was absolutely spot on! We started speaking to Tom in late 2020, however with one thing and another we didn’t manage our Rocky Mountaineer trip until 2023, through out this time Tom kept in touch, updated us and made sure we had a great deal.
