"A very enlightening experience"

Initially I was very doubtful that such a modest advertisement in the Daily Mail some two years ago would ever have achieved the final result that we have been able anticipate. My husband and I are not very educated in the law procedures in the UK in relation to action which may be taken challenging the advice given by non-independent Financial Advisors, but with the expertise of Wixted Solicitors we have been on "quite a journey". From the outset we were kept informed of every step, and although there were periods of what appeared to be inactivity, we soon realised that steady progress was taking place, with very little inconvenience to ourselves. I personally was absolutely amazed that from the telephone interviews I took part in, the comprehension and understanding of the Wixted Staff was almost faultless, and needed only a few little points of clarification.
The last solicitor Mr. Tim Hampson with whom we were involved kept us informed by letter or telephone about all the details and progress during the 3 Court Sessions, until the Final very satisfactory result was realised.

In 2007, I was sold an investment in blue chip companies in the form of two Bonds. These bonds lost a considerable amount of their Value, when in fact the Stock Market was still rising. It became evident to me that the monthly income that I had decided to take was being funded by the reduction in my Bond Capital. This was despite an assurance that I had been given that my bonds would be regularly monitored so that this would not happen. Needless to say, no such safeguard occurred, I had no option but to cash in the bonds before I lost even more money.
In early 2013, I saw an advert in a National Newspaper from "Neglect Assist". I contacted them, and explained what had happened. After examining the evidence, my claim was taken up on a "No win, no fee basis" and Sarah Duffy (solicitor) was assigned to my case.
Over the course of the next few months, Sarah kept me regularly informed as to the progress of my claim. She was so professional and made me feel completely at ease as I was a complete novice regarding investments. In October 2014, the "other side" offered an negotiated settlement which I accepted. I duly received a cheque for quite a substantial sum which was money that I had thought I would never see again.
I would recommend NEGLECT ASSIST to anyone who feels that they have been badly treated financially. My praise for Sarah Duffy cannot be stated highly enough. She is SIMPLY THE BEST.

IWE WERE NOT AMUSED WITH THE RETURN WE RECEIVED AT THE TERM END A MISERABLE 1.1% COMPLAINING WENT NO-WHERE TRIED THE OMBUSBANDMAN WAS TOLD THAT AS WE HAD NOT LOST MONEY THEY COULD DO NOTHING SAW AN ADD FOR" NO WIN NO FEE NOTHING TO LOOSE, CONTACTED WIXTED & CO SPOKE TO SARAH DUFFY TOOK DETAILS AND AGREED TO GO AHEAD THE BANK PUT NUMEROUS DELAYING TACTICS IN THE MILL BUT WIXTED PUSHED AHEAD WE WERE VERY HAPPY TO SAY THAT WE HAD A XMAS PRESENT OF £7,600 IT TOOK A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME BUT WAS WORTH THE WAIT WOULD RECCOMEND THE EVERY TIME THANK YOU SARAH AND WIXTED

I really feel if I was paying the normal fees I would have had better service. The case was dragged on and on for over a year and I always had to get in touch with them for information.
They also could have sorted it out a lot quicker just be asking the right questions

We saw an advertisement in a paper and, although we had contacted the Bank concerned we had no satisfactory outcome. After we contacted Wixted Solicitors it was a short time before they informed us that they would be able to assist in claiming monies owing to us. We have subsequently received a large sum of money which we thought we would never be able to have.
