My case started quite a while ago. I can’t remember how I got in touch with Wixted & Co I think it was a search online after I spoke to a financial advisor who couldn’t help, the FA then said I would probably receive nothing back.
Anyway Tim at Wixted started the ball rolling paperwork question being asked, letters going back and forward after all that I just sat back and let Wixted & Co do there job.
It was the time scale that really was the bug bare but the courts don’t rush things but in the end the outcome was a good one.
I would recommend Wixted&Co to any body who doesn’t have a clue on what steps to take on claiming SIPP compensation try Wixted, it’s a long haul but you will hopefully get the results I have.
