"Unfair Redundancy"
I cannot rate the services, experience and professionalism of Wixted and Co highly enough. After being treated appallingly by a company I had worked hard for over several years, Mark and his team were more than happy to look at the case after I had been tactfully "managed" out of my job. Within the first meeting Mark's ability to grasp the situation and the games at play was extremely impressive. I was kept up to date with the progress of my case throughout, and always given the opportunity to add my thoughts before any action was taken. Mark negated the desperate curveballs thrown by the defence in a timely and effective manner, effectively building a strong case in our favour that resulted in a significant settlement. If you feel you have been treated unfairly and don't know where to turn, Mark and his team are without a doubt the people that you need in your corner. 10/10.

"I'm so happy with the way Wixted and Co…"
I'm so happy with the way Wixted and Co dealt with my case. They got my whole pension back which I thought was a miracle. I thought my pension pot was gone forever and was ready to write it off. I had nothing to lose by joining the court action with a successful result. They are true professionals and do not stop striving to get the best possible result for their clients. 10/10 😊

"Store First Limited Investment."
Very impressed with the assistance I had from Wixted & Co Solicitors regarding my 'investment' with Store First Limited especially the partner who handled my case after being scammed indirectly or directly by Toby Whittaker then owner of Store First Limited.
The following beggars belief. The Insolvency Service took legal action which saw Store First wound up. The new owners of the assets, Store First Freeholds Limited and Pay Store Limited, are wholly owned by Jennifer Whittaker, the wife of Store First CEO Toby Whittaker. Whittaker is not only in deep water for Store First, as he was/is being investigated in relation to accusations he duped savers in an “illegal” £230m airport car parking scheme, Park First.
The Official Receiver, who manages the first stages of bankruptcies and companies being wound up by a court, said that the assets being sold to a new company “represented the best outcome for creditors”.
Look at the high life of embattled entrepreneur Toby & his wife Jennifer Whittaker 'Alpine lodge and horses . . . high life of Toby and Jennifer after Store First scandal on line.
Do they have any feelings for the thousands of small pension pots small savers struggled to save for to supplement their State Pensions, I doubt it.

"Burnt fingers"
We engaged Wixted to attempt to retrieve the remains of a failed Sip, While their terms were quite high they returned 65% of the original money invested in the pension. While we lost any investment increase, their knowledge managed to retrieve this and it was paid into our Bank. We are of course relieved and will more careful next time. . .
